Important Notice

In an effort to reduce packaging waste, we eliminated paper packing slips from online orders. If you need a receipt or gift receipt, visit the Order Details section and click Receipts, or use the Track Order link at the top of the site.

๐Ÿ“‹ What is your return policy?

We will accept unwashed and unworn or defective shoes within 48 hours of the purchase date. Bring your item(s) with the original pack attached and a printed or digital receipt (via Ship Confirmation email or online account).

Returns will not be accepted without the receipt and original package attached. All returns are subject to verification of original sale, and MINISHOESGH reserves the right to limit or refuse returns.

Clearance items and items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged. Shoes ineligible for return that are nonetheless sent to our warehouse will be discarded without a refund โ€” MINISHOESGH bears no responsibility for those items.

๐Ÿ”„ What is your exchange policy?

MINISHOESGH will accept unwashed, unworn, or defective shoes within 48 hours of the purchase date and exchange them for the same item and color in a different size. All other transactions will be processed as a return.

Exchanges are subject to store inventory availability. If a return or exchange does not meet our requirements, MINISHOESGH reserves the right to refuse and discard the items without providing a refund or exchange.

Shoes purchased through third-party sellers (Dropships) cannot be returned or exchanged by mail to MINISHOESGH or at store locations โ€” return them directly to the applicable third-party seller.

๐Ÿšซ What items cannot be returned or exchanged?

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • 1 Clearance items and items explicitly marked Final Sale
  • 2 Items returned after 48 hours of the purchase date
  • 3 Items that show any signs of wear or damage
  • 4 Items missing original price tags and packaging
  • 5 Items not returned to the branch where originally purchased
